Eligibility for Returns

- With original tags attached and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Refund Policy

Partial Refunds

Exchanges
Items can be exchanged for a different size or color if available. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges. Defective or damaged items will be replaced with the same item. Visit our contact page to begin the exchange process.
Order Cancellations
- Made-to-order and preorder items cannot be canceled after the order is placed.
- Rush orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once placed.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued for the return value. If the gift wasn’t marked as such and was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser.
