Getting your shoe size right matters just as much as getting your suit size right. Here is a simple way to measure your foot at home before ordering.

• While seated, place your foot on a piece of paper.
• With a pencil held straight up and down, trace around your foot, keeping the pencil in constant contact with your foot.
• Using a ruler, measure the length from the tip of your longest toe to the back of your heel.
• Match that measurement to a standard shoe size chart to find your size.

A Few Tips

Measure both feet, since most people have one foot slightly larger than the other, and order based on the larger measurement. Measure later in the day when your feet are slightly more swollen for the most accurate everyday fit, and always measure while standing if possible for the truest result.
